Rich Nicolaides is committed to making an impact for 1719 Partners’ companies, and he has the experience to back it up. Before joining 1719, Rich worked at both Oracle and Boston Consulting Group. At 1719, he sources and evaluates new investments, assists in due diligence efforts, and performs financial modeling for acquisitions. Rich also plays a key role in partnering with our portfolio company executives to help identify and implement growth initiatives.
