We helped facilitate ownership and management transition when this family-owned company did not have a 7th generation family member to take over. After this successful management transition, Gillinder added manufacturing capabilities and new team members. This positioned the company to acquire a product line from a global glass manufacturer and absorb the manufacturing into Gillinder’s facility.
