BLUFF MANUFACTURING

The CEO wanted to acquire Bluff Manufacturing from inactive owners through a management buy-out, but needed a partner to do so. Following the acquisition, the CEO transitioned leadership to a new president so that he could retire. Under our ownership we added financial systems, staff, managers, and stocking warehouses across the country. The company’s profitability and sales grew significantly until it was successfully sold.
