After 20 years of ownership, the founder was looking to retire. We acquired the business and partnered with the management team to grow the company. Over nine years, SGA added services, entered new markets, and performed a large acquisition. In 2015, SGA was sold to a bigger private equity firm, then acquired T&B Equipment Co., and named the resulting company InProduction.
