We partnered with the second generation in this family business to buy i-deal Optics from the founding generation. Soon after the transaction, the founder could retire, and the second generation took up leadership. i-deal Optics invested in a modern facility, new systems, and products. The company had grown significantly when we sold it to a new private ownership group.
