The younger of New Age Cryo’s two-brother leadership team wanted to continue to grow the business, while the older brother was ready to retire. We partnered with the younger brother to acquire the company, providing for the edler’s retirement at the same time. A skilled leader, the younger brother trained personnel, hired new staff, added customer accounts, and created significant revenue and profit growth. We sold New Age to a mid market private equity firm who wanted to continue to build on New Age. The management team remains with the company.
